Saw this book in my due east-mail from Alzheimer. Showed it to my husband, since he has been diagnosed with high blood pressure & is on medication. (Has been for years) He seemed interested & bought it along with other pamphlets that came with information technology. Even though I don't have high claret pressure, I read it. This book is very helpful with why it's bad to take some of those blood pressure pills & what you can change to get off them & keep off them. This book likewise tells you why saccharide is worse for you than sal Saw this volume in my electronic mail from Alzheimer. Showed it to my hubby, since he has been diagnosed with loftier blood pressure level & is on medication. (Has been for years) He seemed interested & bought information technology forth with other pamphlets that came with it. Even though I don't have high blood force per unit area, I read it. This book is very helpful with why it's bad to take some of those claret pressure level pills & what you lot tin can change to get off them & keep off them. This book besides tells you lot why sugar is worse for you than salt. Has a list of good & bad foods, do to help your middle & a lot more than data. Whether you accept or don't have high claret pressure, this is an excellent book. Very informative. ...more

Great book, very eye opening. I've heard Dr. Merritt speak and she is a walking library. This is an fantabulous volume merely I suggest buying information technology independently and not signing upward for Dr. Marlenes package deals. If you practise you will get and countless amount of solicitations from Central Labs and many other vitamin companies giving y'all long wearisome sales pitches. Dr. Marlene has skilful knowledge only information technology's too bad she has to resort to such annoying marketing.

I have had high claret Pressure level for a few years and a friend Suggested I read this. Well, it was an easy read non long. I have read all this before from Readers Digest to Fourth dimension magazine, In the Newspaper and online, Everything in this book is and was written before, all it is compiled hither for not Free like all the places I mentioned and a few Costless sites i didn't similar the American Heart Assoc.I could not detect anything new or anything that I hadn't already read! If you ask me it's a scam, merely like I have had high blood Pressure for a few years and a friend Suggested I read this. Well, it was an easy read non long.
